Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. What kind of cleaning method do you use?

A.  We use several cleaning methods from truck-mounted steam cleaning and dry-foam.  For extremely dirty carpets we offer the dual-process method of cleaning, this is the preferred method of most carpet manufacturers. This method consists of pre-treatment, Rotary Foam shampooing and/or scrubbing with a special nylon brush designed specifically for carpet, and finally truck-mounted steam extraction. The Dual Process method is a full restorative cleaning, and is recommended for residential and commercial carpets.

Q. How long does it take to dry?

A. Typically, carpets will dry in two to five hours.  Drying times will vary depending on the temperatures of the room and the type of carpet. Heavily soiled carpets or low temperature conditions may extend the time the carpet takes to dry.

Q. What kind of chemicals do you use?

A. We use top-of-the-line cleaning products consistent with industry standards and manufacturers recommendations. Our products are environmentally friendly, and EPA compliant.

Q. What do you use for pet odor in a house?

A. In most cases a special formulated disinfectant along with a truck mount suction can remove most odors. In extreme cases please contact us for specific concerns.

 Q. How often should a business clean its carpet and upholstery?

Cleaning intervals are determined by use and appearance. Restaurants and hotel lobby’s, for example, typically clean their carpets monthly. Professional and medical offices will often clean quarterly. Please contact us for recommendations on your facility.
